Automatic renewals:

By default, a subscription purchase (whether purchased through a link on this website or Google Play Store) is set to automatically renew at the end of your subscription. If purchasing a different subscription, i.e. upgrading from Standard to Premium, contact support@droidefb.com to receive a credit and prevent duplicate billing.

Important: Uninstalling an app or resetting a device will not automatically stop your subscription. You must cancel your subscription to end your subscription. If you uninstall the app without canceling your subscription, you will still be charged.

Cancel a subscription – Web Purchase:

  1. Open Manage Subscription page.
  2. Enter email address and select Get Security Code.
  3. Enter received security code and sign in.
  4. Manage credit card and subscriptions associated with your email.

Alternatively, email support@droidefb.com with subject “Cancellation Request” to request cancellation.

Cancel a subscription – Google Play Purchase:

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Tap Menu  > Subscriptions.
  3. Find the subscription you want to cancel.
  4. Tap Cancel.

Refund policy:

DroidEFB does not give refunds for subscription purchases after 48 hours. You are encouraged to contact support@droidefb.com directly for help with purchase issues or to kindly request exception to policy for extenuating circumstances.
