Automatic renewals:

By default, a subscription purchase is auto-renewing, whether bought through a link on this website, in app or the Google Play Store. For help purchasing a different subscription, i.e. upgrading from Standard (VFR) to Premium (VFR + IFR), contact support@droidefb.com to receive a credit and prevent duplicate billing.

Important: Uninstalling an app or resetting a device will not stop your subscription. You must cancel to end your subscription. If you uninstall the app without canceling your subscription, you will still be charged.

Cancel a subscription – Stripe Purchase:

  1. Open Manage Subscription page.
  2. Expand the Manage Stripe Subscription option.
  3. Select Click to Manage
  4. Choose email address associated with the subscription.
  5. Select Cancel Plan.

Alternatively, email support@droidefb.com with subject “Cancellation Request” to request cancellation.

Cancel a subscription – Google Play Purchase:

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Tap Menu  > Subscriptions.
  3. Find the subscription you want to cancel.
  4. Tap Cancel.

Refund policy:

DroidEFB does not give refunds for subscription purchases after 48 hours. You are encouraged to contact our humans at support@droidefb.com for help with purchase issues or to kindly request exception to policy for extenuating circumstances.
